Moscow's Defense Ministry confirmed the resumption last night of "massive attacks" on Kiev and its region using missiles and drones, saying that "targets of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex involved in the production and storage of drones and missiles, transport, logistics and distribution centers of military goods" were targeted.
