It was stated that the Director General of Defense and Security, Lieutenant General İlkay Altındağ, held meetings with the Minister of State Alice Rufo, the Chief of Military Private Secretary of the French President, General Vincent Giraud, and the General Director of International Relations and Strategy, Guillaume Ollagnier, at the French Ministry of Defense.
