Defense and aerospace exports reached 511.4 million dollars in August 2026

Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün, in his statement on his virtual media account, said, "Our defense and aerospace industry is growing its power in exports. Our defense and aerospace exports amounted to 511.4 million dollars in August 2026. In the first 8 months of the year, our exports increased by 16.2 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 6.3 billion dollars. In the past 12 months, our total exports increased to 10.9 billion dollars.
