In the series of wars extending from the Balkan War of 1912 to the World War and the War of Independence, the target of imperialism was clear. To completely remove the Turkish nation first from Europe and then from Anatolia. We celebrated the 103rd anniversary of our Republic, which we founded with this belief, with enthusiasm, excitement, and feelings of respect and gratitude to our beloved ancestors. During the process of the Republic, the Turkish nation lined up behind Mustafa Kemal Pasha and his heroic comrades and wrote the second Ergenekon epic of Turkish history in Anatolia. This epic, as one of the rare and rare examples in world history, has given hope to oppressed nations. The Republic is the healing of the Ottoman lands wounded by wars and occupations, the remedy for exhausted hearts, the joy of the martyred souls of martyrs, and the memory of the happy legacy of veterans. The Republic is not just a legacy left to you, it is a trust that you will keep alive with your mind, morality, determination and sacrifice. You are the horizon, you are the sun, you are the hope. Happy Republic. O blooming Turkish honey! You are the branch that extends to the future of this land. You are the guarantee of independence, the tomorrow of the future. You are the seed, you are the sapling, you are life, you are the dream, you are the hope. Happy Republic. O noble Turkish nation! It is the yeast of the republican order, the dough of its stability, and the ultimate form of development and prosperity. It is the standpoint of justice where national sovereignty is crowned with democracy, national order is established by law, and protects the rights of the righteous regardless of rank and status. "MHP IS THE FUTURE EYES OF THE REPUBLIC"
My dear friends, the greatest virtue of the Republic is an institutionalized democracy, a developed state, and a nation living in prosperity and abundance. Today, we are at a stage where social values, moral norms and the understanding of political order have evaporated and taken on a new form. In such a period, the principles and vision that will preserve the national and spiritual values of the Turkish nation and raise their moral standards with the understanding of personal individualism, conscious libertarianism and solidarity society are in the acquis of the Nationalist Movement Party. The Nationalist Movement Party is the Republic's eye looking to the future, its mind perceiving the future, and its will advancing step by step towards the future. The Republic is the heir of the achievements and the protector of the national state and national social order. It is the basis of national reconciliation with the motto of my country and my nation first and the understanding of responsible politics. The ideal of reaching the level of contemporary civilizations set by St. Atatürk is to carry democratic standards to advanced levels, to institutionalize rights and freedoms with law, not to depend on anyone's wisdom and favor in foreign policy, and of course to get rid of the chains of colonialism and new generation risks and threats. Türkiye's place in world politics is the center, and its direction is wherever humanity is. As the Nationalist Movement Party, we have the ideal of a Türkiye that is the harbor of trust and stability and the architect of a climate of peace and prosperity in a world that is pregnant with the storms produced by chaos and conflicts. For this reason, we believe that it is of historical importance to fully implement the vision of a Terror-Free Turkey and Terror-Free Zone, which will make it possible to get rid of all radical elements, especially terrorism, that pollute the climate of peace and tranquility of our country and region. Let our political opponents continue to swim in the waters. Let them think that muddying the waters with various smears and distortions is so-called politics. The Turkish nation has made its decision. Terrorism will end, brotherhood will rise, peace and tranquility will hopefully prevail in our region. Prosperity and trust will flourish in lands barren with instability. The theater of puppets whose strings are in the hands of imperialism will end, and the era of rise in which everything depends on our nation will begin. The name of this age is the Turkish and Turkish Century, and its key is Turkish unity. That's why we call it Terror-Free Türkiye and Terror-Free Zone. We want unity and peace in the Turkish world.
We believe that by activating the cooperation potential, the global effectiveness of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States and their contributions to peace and tranquility will increase. Our wish is to end the longing of the Caspian and Mediterranean, to unite Issyk Lake and Lake Van, and to bring Selenga and Sakarya together. Our wish is to watch the stars of Merv in Söğüt, to breathe the air of Tashkent in Konya, to accompany the folk song playing in Baku in Izmir, to bid farewell to the sun rising in Bishkek in Ankara, to bring the light of respect of Hodja Ahmet Yesevi together with the Turkish world with the courage of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. In this context, we say with the heartfelt language of the late Abdülhamit Süleyman Çolpan: The unshakable mountain of our unity, the inextinguishable lamp of our hope, unite, my people, the age has come, now you are tired of the bond of Turkestan! The path of the Turkish states should be enlightened with the motto of unity in language, thought and work, and the seeds of hope planted with the equipment required by the age should turn into saplings of love and a forest of brotherhood. Hearts turning to the same qibla, languages thinking in Turkish and calling in Turkish should direct their own destiny with a common development strategy. On this occasion, I would like to emphasize that we are pleased that the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkish States held in Ankara demonstrated once again the determination and strong will to strengthen institutional ties between member countries, develop economic, technological, cultural and military relations, and increase political and strategic cooperation. I wholeheartedly believe that the areas of cooperation that will shape our common future in the final declaration consisting of 167 articles will contribute to the peace, trust and prosperity of each independent and sovereign member state. The Organization of Turkish States will continue on its way by getting stronger, and will be the institutional bastion of regional peace and tranquility and global order while building the Turkish Century.
"THE SEEDS OF DISTURBANCE SOWN BY EUROPE HAVE STARTED TO BACK ON THEM"
Dear MPs, social movements that started in France and spread to other European countries on different occasions, turned into violent demonstrations that disrupted public order and social peace in a very short time. As the Nationalist Movement Party, we have been following this process taking place in Europe closely from the beginning. We expect the European Union to remind its member states of its sensitivity regarding fundamental rights and freedoms. We believe that the main reasons underlying the demonstrations, where violence is escalating, should be well read by Europeans. The seeds of discord sown by Europe, which has been seeking to generate political profit through anti-immigrant, Islamophobia and Turkophobia for a long time, have begun to return to them. Europe today faces more security concerns than ever before. Increasing costs, decreasing social welfare and economic difficulties have increased social anger in European societies. Europe is no longer in the period when it experienced the dynamism of the Industrial Revolution and unquestionably maintained its economic and technological superiority. It is losing power in global competition and its economic and political influence is gradually decreasing.
"EUROPE HAS NO WAY LEFT TO PEDAL"
From here it is said about Europe, "Europe is like a bicycle, it has to move forward, if it stops, it will fall." I would like to remind you of your words. Because Europe seems to have no strength left to pedal. In this regard, I recommend the European Union to focus on their weakened economy, their violated values, and their social and economic order that is going upside down, instead of questioning Türkiye's moves in accordance with international law within the scope of its sovereign rights and making statements.
"Türkiye IS A COUNTRY THAT EUROPE NEEDS MORE THAN EVER"
Today, Turkey is a country that Europe needs more than ever, with its geopolitical position, strong state experience, production capacity, young population and regional relations. Despite this, if the anti-Turkish stance shown at every opportunity continues and Türkiye's request for permanent membership is ignored with flimsy excuses, I would like to remind you that Europe will not have the time or opportunity to re-establish itself.
"Türkiye IS IN PEACE AND ORDER"
Dear Members of Parliament, the social chaos in Europe and the atmosphere of conflict and war in our region show us the importance of order and peace. Order and peace are the basic elements of a society's survival in peace, security and stability. While order expresses the shaping of life within the framework of certain rules, principles and values, peace represents the state of peace, harmony and well-being provided by this order. These two concepts are of great importance in terms of the sustainability of social life as well as the ability of individuals to live in safety and build a common future. In Turkish thought, order and peace are the key to envisioning the world within the universe, nature within the world, humans and other creatures within nature. In this respect, it is the gate of unity and the roof of unity, uniting the individual with society, society with customs, and customs with the state. As the Nationalist Movement Party, our understanding of order and peace, which we base on the pillars of individual, society and state, is also our concept of civilization, which seals the individual with the concepts of personality, the society with the concepts of virtue, and the state with the concepts of justice. Sheikh Edebali's "Keep people alive so that the state can live." Recognizing and accepting the supreme value of human beings and securing them, based on this saying, constitute the basis of our understanding of order. "Man is with morality." Thank God, Türkiye is in peace and order. However, Türkiye's peace and order is also directly related to the establishment of balance and stability in the regional and global system.
"LIBYA AGREEMENT HAS BEEN A SATISFACTORY DEVELOPMENT"
Growing and deepening injustice in the international system is rapidly taking people away from their lives, societies from their peace, and states from their stability. In such a situation, Türkiye is obliged to take the measures required by its sovereign rights. It was a pleasing development that the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the delimitation of maritime jurisdictions between Türkiye and Libya was approved by the Libyan House of Representatives. The memorandum of understanding in question, which is a result of the will to further develop relations between two friendly countries with a long historical past, common culture and understanding, protects the rights and interests of the two countries on the basis of international law and equity principles, and does not prejudice the rights of any country or the principles and rules of international law.
"IT HAPPENED IN THE MEDITERRANEAN - THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THE END"
Turkey, which has repeatedly and decisively stated that no fait accompli will be allowed in the Mediterranean Basin, especially in the sovereignty of our country and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, seeks to consolidate peace, tranquility and stability in the entire region by reinforcing friendly relations with our neighbors, establishing cooperation mechanisms with mutual consent, and extending the rapprochement between governments to our people. However, it has also been observed and noted by us that those who are disturbed by the friendly relations between Türkiye and Libya are crying out about this development. It immediately became clear that Greece, the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus and Israel, which provoked them against Turkey, as well as the European Union, which did not hesitate to criticize Türkiye with Greek-Greek theses under the name of unity and solidarity, were disturbed by this development. The joint press statement made by the President of the European Commission and the President of the European Council revealed the European Union's approach full of contradictions and helplessness. All officials in Brussels must understand that it is not anyone's business, nor is it Europe's, to point the finger at Türkiye, which has the power and will to make and implement decisions fully independently and solely in line with its own interests, to determine its direction, and to give instructions about what it can and cannot do. Neither Türkiye nor Libya is obliged to act in accordance with their expectations and demands. In addition, respecting the sovereign rights of the Mediterranean coastal countries would be the best decision, both legally and politically, for everyone.
On the other hand, the meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France and Italy, held in Istanbul on October 23, 2026, was a concrete manifestation of the multilateral diplomacy that Türkiye carries out for international peace and stability.
