dodanie w art. 152 par. 4, zgodnie z którym nie popełnia przestępstwa określonego lekarz, pielęgniarka lub położna, jeżeli przerwanie ciąży jest następstwem zastosowania procedury medycznej potrzebnej do uchylenia niebezpieczeństwa grożącego zdrowiu lub życiu kobiety ciężarnej lub gdy badania prenatalne lub inne przesłanki medyczne.
