Head of the Ministry of National Defense: Russia will continue its aggressive policy

On Friday in Bircza in Podkarpacie, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz referred to the issue of country security and the findings resulting from Prime Minister Donald Tusk's receipt of a report from the head of the Central Intelligence Agency, John Ratcliff. In the context of the CIA report, the Prime Minister noted that Poland and Europe "must be prepared for various scenarios, not only on the Russian-Ukrainian front, but also on the eastern flank."

According to the Minister of National Defense, the area of ​​threats from Russia remains wide and includes, among others: setting fire to weapons plants, violating airspace and jamming the GPS signal.

Russia will continue its aggressive policy, hybrid attacks, acts of sabotage, arson of weapons plants, violation of airspace, and GPS jamming, said the head of the Ministry of National Defense.

Kosiniak-Kamysz pointed out that the response to these actions must be the unity of the North Atlantic Alliance and absolute respect for the provisions of the Washington Treaty.

Intelligence cooperation between Poland and the USA

The Deputy Prime Minister also referred to the cooperation of domestic and foreign formations responsible for security. He emphasized that actions aimed at neutralizing internal threats, carried out by the Internal Security Agency and the Military Counterintelligence Service, are a direct result of constant cooperation between the services of NATO partners.
