A Deed Cancellation and Registration lawsuit was filed by the plaintiffs Atilla Uzunkuşlar, Filiz Arıkan, Zehra Çetiner against Afet, Ahmet, Mustafa, Saadet as the defendants, the identity and addresses of the defendants were not reported in the petition dated 10/08/2016, and since no result could be obtained in the address search, the 10/02/2021 decision was given by our court due to the fact that their addresses and clear identity information are unknown. It has been decided to notify the petitions of appeal submitted by the plaintiffs' attorneys on 23/09/2026 and 02/10/2026 against the decision numbered 2016/380, decision numbered 2021/114.

The fact that the plaintiffs' attorneys can make a statement within two weeks from the date of announcement against the petitions of appeal they submitted on 23/09/2026 and 02/10/2026 against the decision of our court dated 10/02/2021, numbered 2016/380, decision numbered 2021/114,
