T.R. The Presidency's Cyber Security Directorate is initiating a recruitment process for expert personnel in order to improve Türkiye's national cyber security capacity and strengthen its digital sovereignty.
Contracted expert personnel will be employed to be assigned to the central organization service units of the Presidency and the Istanbul Provincial Representation. Purchases; It will be carried out in 47 different task areas, at Senior Expert, Specialist and Analyst levels.
Staff recruitment; It covers technical and strategic areas of expertise such as Computer Forensics, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Malware Analysis, Cyber Incident Response, Cyber Security Operations, Software Development, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture and IT Governance.
With the participation of new experts; It is aimed to further strengthen the institutional capacity of the Presidency in a wide range of tasks ranging from early detection and analysis of cyber threats to intervention in cyber incidents, from protecting critical infrastructures to the development of secure digital systems.
Positioning qualified human resources as a strategic element in addition to a strong technological infrastructure in cyber security, the Cyber Security Presidency aims to bring together Türkiye's self-developed experts in different fields around national cyber security goals.
With the recruitment to be made, professionals specialized in different disciplines; It will contribute to the goals of protecting Türkiye's digital assets and critical infrastructures, developing national capacity against cyber threats, strengthening domestic capabilities and strengthening digital sovereignty.
In this context, the Presidency will continue to expand its institutional capacity for a more resilient, secure and independent digital future by strengthening the qualified human resources in Türkiye's cyber security ecosystem.
APPLICATIONS START ON AUGUST 21
Applications will be made electronically via the Presidential Career Portal, Kariyer.siberguvenlik.gov.tr, between 21 August and 11 September 2026. Candidates will be able to apply to only one of the positions and task areas for which they meet the application requirements.
Applications; They will be ranked in line with the evaluation method based on undergraduate/associate degree GPA and university placement ranking, and candidates four times the quota announced for each field of duty will be invited to the examination stage.
Exams will be held in Ankara by written and/or oral and/or practical methods, depending on the nature of the position and field of duty. A personality inventory will also be applied to candidates in order to provide data for evaluations during the oral exam phase.
Candidates will need to get at least 70 points out of 100 to be considered successful in the exam.
