本次計畫採取「兩階段」受理模式。第一階段受理時間為115年6月1日至6月30日，為民國92年12月31日前領照之6 層樓以上公寓大廈，且須為「首次成立管理組織並完成報備」。
若第一階段撥付後仍有餘額，則再於9月1日至9月30日開放第二階段申請，屆時將擴及所有符合92年底前領照條件之社區。除了首次完成第1次管理委員會報備最高補助138萬元外，若非首次成立之組織，補助上限則為80萬元。凡自114年11月1日起完成維護修繕項目之社區，可依規填具申請表並檢附相關文件提出申請。
