本次計畫採取「兩階段」受理模式。第一階段受理時間為115年6月1日至6月30日,為民國92年12月31日前領照之6 層樓以上公寓大廈,且須為「首次成立管理組織並完成報備」。

若第一階段撥付後仍有餘額,則再於9月1日至9月30日開放第二階段申請,屆時將擴及所有符合92年底前領照條件之社區。除了首次完成第1次管理委員會報備最高補助138萬元外,若非首次成立之組織,補助上限則為80萬元。凡自114年11月1日起完成維護修繕項目之社區,可依規填具申請表並檢附相關文件提出申請。

虞積學呼籲,同一社區每兩年限申請一次,請符合資格之管委會把握6月份首波受理期搶先送件。詳細計畫內容可至建管處官網查詢下載。
