捷運局指出，已根據初勘會議的結論，且經消防設備師完成功能檢查確認，5月27日掛件申請消防檢查。消防主管機關6月4日進行消防檢查，正依消檢結果改善中，戮力及早取得消防核可。至於發電機的緊急用電，乃由象山站中強捷主變電站供應，本就功能正常。
初勘所列捷運站前與民眾通行的人行道、自行車道、公車候車亭等設備相關缺失，捷運局說，目前均已改善完成，其餘設施設備將於通車前全部完成。路面復舊部分在站前轉乘區將於履勘前全部完成，其他區域路面配合共同管道工程持續施作，不影響通車時旅客進出動線。
