高鐵今天(25日)清晨因苗栗路段發生號誌訊號異常,維修人員持續搶修中,今天全天均以每小時自南港、左營站開出3班次列車營運模式(整點、20分、40分)服務旅客。台灣高鐵公司表示,今日故障樣態初判應為更換轉轍器控制機箱電源模組所導致,過去從未發生過類似狀況,須待晚間收班後才能進行夜間搶修,評估明天營運狀況,最晚會在明天首班營運前對外公告。
高鐵公司發言人鄒衡蕪下午受訪時表示,今天凌晨高鐵在進行SMC(Switch Machine Control Case,轉轍器控制機箱)內的電源模組更換後,出現電流不穩定情形,導致軌道上定位訊號喪失。
鄒衡蕪說明,SMC是「機房號誌連動系統」與「現場轉轍器設備」控制介面的「轉轍器控制機箱」,主要作用是將號誌連動裝置的控制命令傳送至轉轍器設備,並接收其回傳到號誌連動系統的道岔定位訊號。機箱內控制線路使用DC24V直流電源,由前端110V交流電轉換,負責轉換交直流電的硬體,就是SMC電源模組。
鄒衡蕪表示,高鐵全線SMC電源模組共有458個,每20年要更換一次,因此從2024年6月開始更換,到目前已更換超過8成,排定今年底全數更換完成;昨天更換是計畫性排程維修,之前沒有發生過類似情形。這次轉轍器定位喪失,使得軌道上失去定位,因此需要改由行控中心透過人工授權每輛列車通過,她也強調,這次事件並不是人為造成的,一切皆有依照程序進行更換,確切異常原因須經系統端查證、驗證才能確定。
鄒衡蕪指出,高鐵公司將於明天凌晨12點5分收班後才能進行夜間搶修,讓維修人員進場確認後,才能評估明天營運狀況,最晚會在明天首班營運前對外公告。
