卓榮泰接受台視「台灣名人堂」專訪,昨天(23日)晚間10點播出。卓揆指出,他上任時說過,希望維持「2上、1下、1平穩」的目標,「2上」就是經濟成長率平均達到3%以上、今年人均GDP也達到4萬美元以上,「1下」就是希望控制失業率在3.5%以下、「一平穩」就是CPI平穩地保持在2%,現在是1.6%至1.8%,整年來講,仍有把握平均在2%以下。
對於全教總認為軍公教調薪幅度應該至少10%,卓揆認為,一次調薪10%對整體經濟結構衝擊較大,且與CPI漲幅相比,有明顯距離,較難想像一次調到這麼高。他也強調,民進黨2016年執政以來,軍公教調薪4次,總共大概14%左右,行政院會在很快時間內做決定。
