立院教育文化委員會今審查核安會預算，吳沛憶質詢時指出，日前阿聯核電廠遭到無人機攻擊，該核電廠本身反應爐儲存有數千公斤的核燃料，若被攻擊命中，就會導致有大量輻射釋放到環境，若攻擊到發電機，可能還會導致核電廠冷卻系統中斷，最後導致反應爐的核心熔毀，國際原子能總署也示警，若發生最壞的情況，數公里甚至數百公里內的居民都要疏散跟安置，台灣面對這類無人機恐怖攻擊是否會有保安防恐相關演練。
核安會主委陳明真表示目前已有擬訂相關計畫，核安會保安應變組組長林貞絢進一步說明，相關推演都有納入無人機應對，核子保安計畫也會盤點應對措施並精進，若發生核子事故後的疏散也有擬訂緊急應變計畫，地方政府如新北市和基隆市等都有依照村里劃設不同的路線，如基隆就是會疏散到核電廠16公里外等。
吳思瑤則於質詢時指出，隨核三廠2號機在去年5月17日正式除役後，國內邁入非核家園已經373天，今天台電顯示的預估尖峰備轉容量率則有23.54%，呈現綠燈的供電充裕狀態，但隨立院立法通過核管法，若要重啟核設施，又考量地緣政治的風險，事實上戰時核設施恐怕會面臨砲火攻擊威脅、電力中斷風險、燃料冷卻池風險等，也認為面對中國潛在風險，應該要有跨部門的危機應變機制。
