Tennis: Alcarazin semi-final at the Masters 1000 in Paris, Tiafoe is at the ATP Finals

Carlos Alcaraz qualifies for the semifinals of the Masters 1000 in Paris. The Spaniard won in three sets over the American Taylor Fritz with a score of 6-7 7-5 6-3. In the next round he will face the winner between the Norwegian Casper Ruud and the Portuguese Nuno Borges.

Also in the semifinals was Ben Shelton who beat his compatriot Tommy Paul with the final score of 6-4, 4-6 6-3. The result is also worth the mathematical certainty of participating in the ATP Finals for the other American, Frances Tiafoe, who qualified seventh, and the exclusion of Paul, who can no longer enter the group of eight.
