浓茶看似解渴解压,实则加速钙流失

茶叶富含鞣酸(单宁酸),浓茶中鞣酸含量极高。这种物质进入人体后,会与肠道内的钙离子结合,形成无法被人体吸收的鞣酸钙,直接阻碍饮食中钙的吸收。长期大量喝浓茶,相当于一边补钙、一边持续流失钙质,骨骼得不到充足的营养补给。

同时,浓茶中的过量茶碱会刺激肾脏,加快尿液排泄,加速尿液中钙、磷的流失,进一步打破骨骼的钙磷代谢平衡。长期下来,骨密度悄悄下降,骨骼韧性、硬度变差。

过量饮用咖啡,悄悄透支骨骼储备

骨骼损伤是可逆的,及时调整习惯,就能有效保住骨量、修复骨骼状态。滕家松建议,日常做好以下几点:

1. 改掉浓茶、过量饮用咖啡习惯。尽量喝淡茶,避免空腹喝茶、饭后立刻喝浓茶;咖啡每天不超过1杯,尽量在上午饮用,不要靠咖啡硬熬熬夜。

2. 规律作息,拒绝长期熬夜。尽量23点前入睡,保证每天7—8小时睡眠,给骨骼充足的修复时间,这是成本最低的护骨方式。

3. 针对性补钙补维D。日常多摄入牛奶、鸡蛋、豆制品、鱼虾等含钙食物,多晒太阳促进维生素D合成,帮助钙吸收,抵消日常轻微的钙流失。

4. 适度运动强骨骼。快走、慢跑、跳绳、拉伸等适度负重运动,能刺激成骨细胞活性,提升骨密度,增强骨骼韧性。
