It was stated that Saçlı, known as 'Zenne Arif', performed in various nightclubs, parties and special organizations, and came to the fore with the public with obscene dance images spread on social media.
According to the news in AA; In his post on his social media account, Gürlek stated that in line with the "2026-2035 Family and Population Decade" vision put forward by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the "Presidential Circular No. 2026/4", efforts to protect children, the family institution and social order are being continued with determination.
Stating that "My Family is Safe" operations were carried out with the police and gendarmerie organizations under the coordination of the chief public prosecutor's offices of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Aydın and Mersin, Gürlek noted that judicial proceedings were carried out against 162 suspects, 9 associations and 13 businesses in the studies covering 15 provinces, centered in 5 provinces.
Gürlek stated that during the investigations, people who mediate or provide space for prostitution, businesses that are considered to provide an environment for these activities, suspects who produce and spread obscene content, and activities aimed at exposing children to this content were examined, and gave the following information:
"As a result of the appointment of an undercover investigator, technical and physical surveillance, witness statements, digital examinations and video recordings, simultaneous detention, search and seizure operations were carried out, drugs and a large number of digital materials were seized, and measures were taken to block access to many social media accounts and websites.
In the financial aspect of the investigations, MASAK investigations regarding LGBT and associations that encourage immorality found that high amounts of funds were transferred to some associations from public institutions and foreign organizations abroad. "The source of these money movements and their connection with the activities subject to investigations are being investigated."
Gürlek thanked the chief public prosecutors' offices and law enforcement forces who carried out the investigations meticulously, and emphasized that within the framework of the responsibility given by the Constitution to the state regarding the protection of families and children, no criminal structures, abuse networks and illegal activities targeting children, young people and families will be tolerated.
OPERATION AGAINST 38 SUSPECTS AND 54 ADDRESSES
In the statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that within the scope of the investigation carried out for the crimes of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime", "prostitution", "obscenity" and "possession or purchasing of drugs for use", technical and physical follow-ups were carried out by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command and the KOM and Cyber branch directorates of the Istanbul Police Department, and witness statements and notices were evaluated.
In the statement, it was stated that within the scope of the investigation, evidence was obtained that children who have not yet completed their physical, mental and spiritual development and underage youth are guided on sexual orientation and gender identity, regardless of their age and development level.
In the statement, it was noted that the associations considered to carry out these activities, the individuals and groups that finance them, the individuals considered to have abused under the name of "paid social companionship service", and the businesses considered to provide an environment for illegal actions disguised as entertainment activities were identified, and it was reported that the operation was organized in line with the relevant legislation provisions, especially Article 41 of the Constitution, in order to prevent the activities from being normalized in the eyes of society, for the best interest of children, and to protect the family institution and common moral values of the society.
In the statement, in the Istanbul-based operation, search, capture and seizure were carried out at 38 addresses for 38 suspects, 20 in Istanbul, 4 in Ankara, 3 in Çanakkale, 2 in Izmir, 2 in Antalya, 1 in Ordu, 1 in Elazığ, 1 in Balıkesir, 1 in Aydın, 1 in Kırşehir, 1 in Iğdır and 1 in Hatay. was recorded to have been carried out.
