UFSC opens more than 5 thousand vacancies for returns and transfers between institutions; see rules

The Federal University of Santa Catarina launched a notice with 5,139 vacancies allocated to three modalities for student admission in the first semester of 2027: internal transfer and student return after abandonment; external transfer and return of graduates at UFSC or other institutions.

Vacancies are available in various courses, including highly competitive areas such as medicine and dentistry. The opportunities are for the campuses of Araranguá, Blumenau, Curitibanos, Florianópolis and Joinville.

Registration can be made until Friday, October 30th, via the portal cagr.sistemas.ufsc.br/calouros. The availability of places and admission criteria depend on each course, shift and intended campus.

The selection of those approved follows the criteria in the notice for each course, which are described in the notice. In general, it is based on the achievement of subjects pre-established by the course and the candidate's average grade.
