Ukrainian monitoring channels on Telegram published photos showing thick smoke rising above the refinery.

The governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, wrote only that there was a fire "in one of the enterprises." He added that residential buildings were damaged, including: in Ryazan. One person was injured.
