🍦 After a long test, there’s nothing like a treat to relax. Father Diego Collescaine bought an açaí for his daughter Sophia Collescaine, who left Criciúma (SC) to take the test as a Philosophy coach at Unip, in Campinas. She highlighted the question about the slang "gag" and evaluated the exam positively.
"I thought it was a good test to take, it's not as extensive in terms of questions as the Enem. Okay, it's the first phase, but I like the interpretative part of Unicamp, which isn't as content intensive, so I thought it was a good test", he commented. Sophia's arrival was also to get to know the metropolis. "If I'm going to live here, it's important that I know it, like it, right?", he pondered.
For student Bárbara Rosolem, 17 years old, the test touched on "controversial" issues in questions about sociology and history. “Especially for the current moment,” he stated. However, in general, she evaluated the exam positively and said that she found it easier compared to 2026.
"There was a lot of text interpretation. Only the mathematics and chemistry parts were more complicated. Although sometimes there are questions that you can do without reading, but today there were a lot of questions that I had to read to do", he commented.
Student Ana Lívia Velo Carvalho, 21 years old, came from Manduri (SP) to Campinas to take the Unicamp entrance exam. She said she liked the test and highlighted two issues: one about China warning the United States about the misuse of artificial intelligence and one about disinformation based on scientific denialism.
"They use information from scientists and manage, in some way, to cause doubt in the population, even more so in the scenario we are in. This creating fake news creates misinformation", he pondered.
One of the first to leave Unip, in Campinas, was Hillary Stephany Vila Ramos de Aquino, aged 19, who studied electrical engineering and food engineering. "The test was a bit complicated. I'm taking the technical course plus the course, so, for me, some things got easier, some things I still have doubts about whether I got it right or not. It's a lot of pressure. I tried to concentrate as much as possible", he reported.
The student also highlighted a question on the test about the English slang "gag", which means to be completely shocked or impressed by something. "I thought it was super cool. I didn't know there would be something like that", he commented.
The same pen that accompanied approval at Unicamp last year was once again part of Miguel da Costa Pereira's ritual in the 1st phase of the 2027 Entrance Exam this Sunday (18). At 19 years old, the student took the object, a gift from her mother that she used to pass a public exam, to try for a new place at university, this time in the biology course.
"I have the same pen with which I took the test last year, it's that ritual, right. My mother was the one who gave me the pens. She took the public exam, the competition she passed, she gave me the pen, I passed last year and now I have the same pen", he says.
The 1st phase of the Unicamp Entrance Examination 2027 consists of 72 multiple-choice questions, each with four alternatives and a value of one point. Candidates have up to five hours to take the exam.

At 19 years old, Raekwon Sampaio faces the 1st phase of the Unicamp 2027 Entrance Exam at Fumep, in Piracicaba (SP), with a clear objective: to win a place in Physical Education. A former basketball player, he says he dreamed of being a professional player, but decided to pursue the sport in another way.
"I want to continue playing sport and being able to teach sport in the future", he says.
For the candidate, physical activity plays a fundamental role in quality of life and healthy aging. Regarding the test, he sums up the expectation in one word: "Pass!".
