Russian and Belarusian athletes will perform under the flag of the International Gymnastics Federation (World Gymnastics) at the Artistic Gymnastics Challenge Cup in Paris.

On May 17, the World Gymnastics Executive Committee decided to allow Russians to participate in international competitions with the flag and anthem of the country, while restrictions may remain in competitions approved before this decision.

MOSCOW, September 12 - RIA Novosti. Russian and Belarusian athletes will perform under the flag of the International Gymnastics Federation (World Gymnastics) at the Artistic Gymnastics Challenge Cup in Paris, according to a document on the organization’s website.

The tournament will take place from September 26 to 27 in Paris. Previously, Russian athletes competed under the World Gymnastics flag at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships, which took place in August in Zagreb.
