WTT Macau Championship: Moregard and Zhang Benmei won the men's and women's singles championships respectively

Sweden's Truth Moregard and Japan's Miwa Harimoto won the men's and women's singles championships respectively.

The first women's singles final that night was between Zhang Benmei and Chinese player Chen Yi. At the beginning of the game, Zhang Benmeihe quickly entered the state, winning the first two games with 11:7; after losing the first two games, Chen Yi adjusted his state and won three consecutive games with 11:9, 11:8, and 13:11; Zhang Benmeihe then withstood the pressure and won two consecutive games, and finally won the championship with a big score of 4:3. This is the third time Zhang Benmei has reached the top of the WTT Championship.

Zhang Benmeihe said after the game that winning the championship for the third time had exceeded expectations. The men's singles final pitted Brazilian player Hugo Calderano against Truth Moregard. Moregard eliminated Japanese player Tomokazu Harimoto in the semi-finals that afternoon. He continued his hot form that night, defeated his opponent with a big score of 4:1, and won the second WTT championship in his career.
