"Equalizing the state of knowledge." This was discussed during the National Security Council

The head of the National Security Bureau assessed that the National Security Council meeting allowed for "equalizing the level of knowledge" of its participants on the following topics: the general security situation of Poland and the creation of a permanent base of American troops in Poland.

Grodecki emphasized that, among others, the topic of the new National Security Strategy, i.e. the basic document regulating the state's security policy. Recently, President Karol Nawrocki announced that the draft document, created in cooperation between the National Security Bureau and the Ministry of National Defense, was already ready and appealed to the government to adopt it urgently.

We hope that the government will adopt the Strategy without changes, said the head of the National Security Bureau.

The last National Security Strategy was adopted in 2020, i.e. before Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine.
