Judges Paola Iezzi, Jake La Furia, Irama and Francesco Gabbani wore the pink ribbon to remember that October is International Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year too, X Factor is alongside Komen Italia to remember the importance of protecting women's health. The first Bootcamp competitor was Chiara Giannella, aka Noele, who chose the song Million Reasons by Lady Gaga. The judges voted unanimously. Beyond her great technical preparation, the competitor had to demonstrate her soul component, but in the end she didn't make it.

AXF Davide De Luca wanted to bring Italian R'n'B and funky music. At the Auditions he had chosen the song Virtual Insanity by Jamiroquai, but he had not convinced Paola Iezzi. At the Bootcamps he brought the unpublished Amsterdam, written three months before moving to Holland. The judges did not reach unanimity: Irama, Paola Iezzi and Jake La Furia voted no, while Francesco Gabbani voted yes. “I regret that such a figure does not have the opportunity to continue,” the judge said. After a comparison, the situation has not changed.

Neyja chose the song Gimme All Your Love by Alabama Shakes. “It's a very difficult piece,” commented Paola Iezzi. The judges reached unanimity. "Do you sing, do you pop rock or do you shout? On the one hand, this thing has thrown us a little", asked the singer Jake La Furia. “On the other hand, it made us realize that you can do a lot of different things.” The group got 4 yeses!

“I really need to win,” said Angelo Caianiello, aka Angelo DT1, who had received 4 yes votes at the Auditions with the song Stupidaavventura by Nino D'Angelo. At the Bootcamps he brought the unpublished Ma nun vir?!, which he wrote when he lost a brother and, in the same week, his two grandmothers on the same night. He was looking for a caress, but no one noticed how he was. The judges did not reach unanimity due to Irama's no, who complained of a lack of emotion and fragility. After the confrontation, however, the competitor flew to the Last Call!

At the Auditions Lorena Luca had received a no. She brought the most emotional part of herself to the Bootcamps and chose the song Scars to Your Beautiful by Alessia Cara. He got Bootcamp's first official standing ovation! “I couldn't understand you, but tonight you showed us something we didn't know about you,” Irama commented. The judges reached unanimity with 4 yes!

At the Bootcamps Maria Sara Costanzo, aka SkeyE, tried to confirm the Audition performance with her arrangement of the song Cosa mi manchi a fare from Calcutta. Francesco Gabbani, however, showed his usual skepticism about attempts to revisit the songs. The judges finally reached unanimity for no. “There was a poignant part missing from the piece,” explained Paola Iezzi.

At the Auditions Vito Damiano amazed the judges and obtained 4 yeses with the song Say Something by A Great Big World. At the Bootcamp he thrilled the judges with the unreleased Pensami, which also received the second standing ovation of the evening! The judges did not reach unanimity due to Jake La Furia's no. “He has an exciting voice, he is a great performer, but I don't like the melodic Italian pop genre, which for me has always been the same for 40 years,” explained the judge. After the confrontation, Vito moved on to Last Call!

Stefano Camuffo chose the song Cambiare by Alex Baroni, which received a standing ovation, but not the unanimity of the judges. Francesco Gabbani, Jake La Furia and Paola Iezzi voted no, while Irama voted yes. “I didn't glimpse a clear artistic component,” commented Francesco Gabbani. “I don't get any emotions,” added Jake La Furia. In the end, no Last Call for Stefano.

At the Auditions Angela Cotterle received the judges' appreciation. At the Bootcamp he performed the song Hotel California by the Eagles, a piece chosen in English to demonstrate his versatility, and without guitar to underline his standing skills. After the necessary superstitious gestures, the competitor conquered everyone! The judges did not reach unanimity. Francesco Gabbani and Jake La Furia said yes, while Irama and Paola Iezzi said no. After the comparison, no Last Call.

Klem and Napoli Sotterranea brought the song Bad Guy by Billie Eilishin, a personal version that also included the songs Requiem (Dies Irae) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Napule è by Pino Daniele. The judges did not reach unanimity: only Francesco Gabbani voted yes. At the end of the comparison between them, the verdict was confirmed: no Last Call.

At the Auditions Nicola Trois sang the song Maybe Tomorrow by Stereophonics. At Bootcamp he instead chose the song Wicked Game by Chris Isaak. It did not reach unanimity: Paola Iezzi and Francesco Gabbani said yes, but Irama and Jake La Furia said no. After the confrontation, the verdict was reversed: the competitor went to the Last Call!

At the Auditions Giacomo Calò had rocked everything and received 4 yeses with the song Beautiful Things by Benson Boone, while at the Bootcamp he chose the song At least you in the universe by Mia Martini. Standing ovation, and the competitor got excited! As he sang, he thought about his family. Francesco Gabbani played for the X Pass, the first of X Factor 2026! “You have a depth and an authenticity that are very important to me,” the judge said.

The judges did not reach unanimity due to Francesco Gabbani's no. “You are individually good musicians, but I don't feel that amalgam that is essential to be defined as a band,” explained the judge. After experiencing the musical at the Auditions, Miryam Belfiore performed the song Quando by Pino Daniele at the Bootcamp.
