FROM YALVAÇ CENTRAL MUNICIPALITY

1-) The 4.216,00 M2 vineyard real estate belonging to our municipality, registered in Isparta province, Yalvaç District, Müderris District Kıran location, 847 island 1 parcel, will be sold by auction, pursuant to the 45th article of the State Tender Law No. 2886, in accordance with the Assembly decision dated 05.10.2026 and numbered 128.

2-) The immovable property with a surface area of 4.216,00 M2 belonging to our municipality, registered in Müderris Mahallesi Kıran location, island 847, parcel 1, is located in the development residential area of E = 0.80 Hmax = 12.50 m in the development plan approved with date 03.05.2011 and number 07, and the estimated sales price is excluding VAT. It is 10,540,000.00 TL and the 3% tender provisional guarantee is 316,200.00 TL. Following the tender, a 6% final guarantee will be collected.

3-) The tender will be held on TUESDAY, 03/11/2026, at 17:15, in the presence of the Council, at the Mayor's Office - Municipality Palace Floor: 2 Yalvaç.

4-) The tender specifications can be viewed at the Financial Services Directorate during working hours every day, and the tender documents can be purchased for 1,000 TL.

5-) Those who want to participate in the tender must be present at the tender time with the documents specified in Article 6 of the auction specifications.

6-) The municipal committee is completely free to make or not to make the tender, provided that it states the reason in accordance with Article 29 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.

7-) The bidder who is successful in the tender will pay the 6% final guarantee, the crier-decision stamp and the entire VAT fee in advance within 15 days following the approval of the tender.
