According to leaks, the new Apple TV 4K will be equipped with an A19 or A19 Pro class processor. The identifier 'AppleTV18,1', discovered in Apple codes by Aaron Perris, provides evidence confirming this new hardware change.

This '18.1' numbering scheme was also previously used for the iPhone 17 series, indicating that an A19 class chip will be used. It seems more likely that the A19 Pro chip will be preferred, especially to perform complex tasks such as customizing Siri AI's voice speed and expression ability.
