正值“世界脊柱健康日”前夕,山东省卫生健康委员会当天在山东大学齐鲁第二医院北院区,以脊柱健康为主题,举办“鲁医健康说”健康知识发布会。

在回答中新网记者提问时,冯世庆介绍,导致脊柱疾病年轻化的首要诱因是不健康的生活与工作方式。数据显示,现在多数上班族每天久坐超6小时,加上低头刷手机的姿势,让颈椎和腰椎长期处于高负荷的异常应力下,脊柱的“折旧”速度被大幅加快。

从生物力学来看,人们坐着身体前屈时,椎间盘承受的压力要大于站立时怀抱重物。更关键的是,椎间盘的营养代谢依赖于脊柱日常活动中“挤压与放松”形成的泵吸效应。“长期久坐会让这个循环停滞,直接加速椎间盘退变老化。”冯世庆说。

他同时强调,强大的核心肌群,是脊柱天然的稳定器和护腰带。一旦核心力量薄弱,脊柱的稳定性就会下降,椎间盘、韧带的负荷随之剧增,哪怕是轻微的弯腰、转身,都容易诱发损伤。在日常健身过程中,年轻人要加强腰腹深层核心肌群的锻炼,并注意避免在久坐一天后,突然做高强度对抗运动,以免诱发急性椎间盘突出。

冯世庆表示,脊柱疾病年轻化并非危言耸听,它是一个需要我们严肃对待的公共健康问题。“重视日常姿势、强化核心力量、科学运动,再加上专业的智能筛查,才能真正守护好我们的脊柱健康。”

当前,青少年脊柱侧弯问题也是社会关注的焦点。山东大学齐鲁医院骨科主任医师刘新宇在会上介绍,对这一问题的干预原则是“早发现、早诊断、早治疗”,根据畸形角度大小进行分级处理。

畸形角度小于20°的轻度脊柱侧弯,以运动治疗和定期观察为主,在专业康复师指导下进行针对性的矫正体操;畸形角度在20°-45°的中度脊柱侧弯,要在运动治疗的基础上,佩戴矫形支具。若畸形角度大于45°或侧弯持续进展,则判断为重度脊柱侧弯,需考虑手术干预。

发布会现场还科普了老年人延缓脊柱老化的措施。“老年人防驼背、防跌倒、护脊柱核心三件事,是补充钙和维生素D、练肌肉抗肌少症、日常端正体态。”山东省级健康科普专家库成员、山东大学齐鲁第二医院老年医学科主任医师蒋卫东提醒老年人保持正确的站姿、坐姿、睡姿,不提重物、不猛地弯腰搬东西,避免长时间低头看手机,并坚持快走、太极、八段锦等科学温和的运动。
