Kia Tigers have signed 34-year-old Dominican veteran Aderlin Rodriguez to a six-week, $50,000 contract as an injury replacement for outfielder Harold Castro, who suffered a quad injury on April 25. Rodriguez brings 13 seasons of minor league experience, including three years in Triple-A, and played in Japan's NPB for Orix Buffaloes and Hanshin Tigers. In 2025, he hit 35 home runs and 96 RBIs in 89 games in Mexico.
