Specifically: Google LLC, Anthropic PBC, OpenAI OpCo LLC, NVIDIA Corporation, and Cloudflare, Inc. are located in the United States; DeepSeek-AI is located in the People’s Republic of China. All non-EU transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Article 46 and applicable technical safeguards.
