Removal Request

If you are a publisher, rights holder, authorized representative or affected individual, you may submit a request regarding content displayed on Newsgather. We review valid requests and may remove, correct, restrict or update content where appropriate.

1. When You Can Submit a Request

You may submit a request for reasons including:

• Copyright infringement. • Trademark infringement. • Incorrect source attribution. • Inaccurate AI-generated summary. • Privacy or personal data concern. • Court order or official authority request. • Publisher opt-out request. • Outdated, misleading or harmful content. • Other legal or rights-related concerns.

2. Information Required

To review your request, please provide:

• Your full name. • Your organization or publisher name, if applicable. • Your email address. • Your authority or relationship to the content. • The Newsgather URL. • The original source URL, if available. • A clear explanation of the issue. • Supporting documentation, if applicable. • A statement confirming that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit the request.

3. Review Process

We usually review valid requests within 3 business days.

Complex requests may require additional information or more time.

Urgent legal requests, court orders or clearly unlawful content may be prioritized.

False, abusive, incomplete or unauthorized requests may be rejected.
