中新社西宁6月11日电 (李隽 王宏霞)中国国家电网青海省电力公司(简称“国网青海电力”)11日消息,青海省与上海市签署的三年期绿色电力交易协议首年度已落地实施。截至5月底,青海已累计向上海输送绿电26亿千瓦时,占同期上海外来绿电总量的四分之一。

青海省具有“水丰、光富、风好、地广”的资源禀赋。截至今年5月底,青海电网总装机8529万千瓦,清洁能源和新能源装机占比分别达到93.3%和74.1%,省内新能源发电量占比过半,具备大规模外送基础。

上海是青海省的对口支援省市。根据双方2025年底签署的政府间协议,2026年至2028年,青海将连续三年、每年向上海输送绿电40亿千瓦时,三年总计120亿千瓦时。

此前,青海绿电已通过跨省输电通道送入上海。此次三年期协议的落地,标志着两地绿电交易迈入“长期稳定、批量实施”的新阶段。

本次交易由北京电力交易中心统一组织,青海、上海两地电力交易中心协同实施,依托青豫、灵绍、庆东等多条特高压直流通道,将青海绿电直送上海。

《上海市2026年碳达峰碳中和及节能减排重点工作安排》提出,2026年省间绿电交易规模力争达100亿千瓦时以上。青海年度40亿千瓦时绿电入沪,约占入沪绿电总量的40%。

青海电力交易中心总经理马耀武表示,多年期绿电入沪交易开启了青海与上海的绿色能源深度合作,青海的资源优势转化为经济优势,上海的绿色用能需求得到有效保障,实现了资源互补、互利共赢。(完)
