According to an FSB officer, the workshop produced homemade explosive devices with chloropicrin, which violates the Geneva Convention.

DONETSK, September 14 - RIA Novosti. A workshop of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the production of chemical explosive devices was discovered on the liberated territory in the DPR, the press service of the Russian FSB Directorate for the DPR reported.

“An improvised explosive device, most likely with chloropicrin. Any neuroparalytic substances are prohibited by the Geneva Convention. There was a workshop here for the production of chemical improvised explosive devices against our armed forces,” an FSB officer said in footage of operational video footage of the Russian FSB Directorate for the DPR.
