In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant regulations, after study by the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and reported to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for approval, it was decided to expel Lei Siwei from the party; the National Supervisory Commission will give him the sanction of expulsion from public office; terminate his qualifications as a representative of the 14th Party Congress of Gansu Province; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved will be transferred together.
