The soaring price of graphics cards appears to be gradually calming down since September. TSUKUMO eX. says, ``Most of the products that were scheduled to go up in price around Obon are already on the shelves at that price.''

These conventionally priced products are becoming increasingly popular at various shops, with one shop predicting, ``I think the conventionally priced model with 16GB of memory will be gone by the end of this week.''

Speaking of cards with 16GB of graphics memory, there were a few Radeon RX 9060 XTs in the 60,000 yen range left after the Obon holidays, but this week (week of August 30th) only a few models in the low 70,000 yen range were seen.
