The Hong Kong Guizhou Chamber of Commerce took the lead in launching the Chili Pepper Food Project to develop the chili deep processing industry, drive the large-scale planting of chili peppers in Pingyang Township, and sell Guizhou specialty products to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Wei Fengying, founding president of the Hong Kong-Guizhou Chamber of Commerce, donated NT$1 million.
