Taipei mayoral candidate Shen Boyang of the Democratic Progressive Party is carrying out the "Taipei Ocean Current" car sweeping plan. He will sweep streets in Neihu and Nangang Districts and give a municipal speech tonight (7th). Vice President Hsiao Meiqin will also appear to help. The event started at 4:30 this afternoon. Shen Boyang also issued a reminder on the community. The weather has been unstable recently. Please bring your own light raincoat for the municipal lecture held in Dahu Park. Umbrellas are strictly prohibited on site. He also reminded not to go near the lake and pay attention to children around you.

Shen Boyang posted on Facebook that starting at 4:30, please choose a safe place along the car sweep route to respond and let the captain find you! Please do not follow the motorcade or set off firecrackers to maintain safety together. Along the way, various refueling points are open for collecting streamers and hand-waving flags.

The municipal lecture is expected to be held at Dahu Park at 7:30 p.m. The LINE VIP check-in time is from 4:30 to 5:30. Please go to the registration office according to the icon, cooperate with the queue and security check, and please do not bring dangerous items; the general area opens at 5 o'clock. Please follow the icon and enter along the queuing line from the side of Section 5 of Chenggong Road.

Shen Boyang also reminded that the weather has been unstable recently, so people are asked to bring their own light raincoats.
