Wen Shizheng said that the fundamental reason for the migration of Nantou's population and young people being forced to find jobs elsewhere is "money". Since Nantou is mainly a traditional industry, such as the Nangang Industrial Zone in Nantou City, most of them are traditional industries. However, the wages of high-tech industries with higher traditional industries will be low, so he will promote high-tech industries with higher wages. The industrial park will introduce industries such as drones and AI that are strongly supported by the state. Nantou talents will then be able to return to their hometowns to work. Once wages increase, it will promote marriage and childbirth and drive local development. At the same time, he will also guide the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries, improve manufacturing processes through preferential loans, and enhance industrial competitiveness.

Shen Suzheng said that Nantou City has a lot of idle public land. In the future, she will revitalize and utilize it. By building a talent cultivation base, introducing industries such as drones and AI, and matching it with the existing parts supply chain of Nangang Industrial Zone and surrounding cities, it will become a base for the birth of high-tech industries, so that young people have the right to choose and can find jobs in their hometown without having to leave their hometown to work elsewhere.
