Zhang Yu bluntly stated in his statement that he was a "victim whose private life was made public" and emphasized that "I chose not to expose the private areas of any party, nor to conduct another trial through the media." As for her ex-husband's application for a protection order, Zhang Yu clarified that part of the content found in the ruling was not true. He has filed a protest in accordance with the law.
