In the Vladimir region, families with triplets received the right to receive land out of turn

Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir Region adopted amendments to the land law, which provide the right to an extraordinary receipt of a free plot of land to families where three or more children were born at the same time, the press service of the Legislative Assembly reported.

The bill was introduced by the chairman of the regional parliament Olga Khokhlova, the chairman of the specialized committee Alexander Tsygansky, as well as the chairman of the committee on social policy and health Nikolai Balakhin.

“Deputies adopted changes to the law on the regulation of land relations, granting the right to extraordinary receipt of a plot of land free of charge for individual housing construction to families in which three or more children were born at the same time. A prerequisite is residence in the region for at least five years,” the message says.

Chairman of the Committee on Property and Land Relations Alexander Tsygansky, whose words were quoted by the press service of the Legislative Assembly, noted that the idea of ​​the draft law was born at one of the receptions of citizens.

“We immediately prepared a document to support families in which a miracle happened - several babies were born at once. The deputies supported this initiative,” Tsygansky emphasized.

As noted by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, Olga Khokhlova, whose words were also quoted by the press service, the adoption of this law was a continuation of the systematic work that deputies are carrying out to improve the legal framework regarding support for families with children.

“For example, we recently granted the right to receive a free plot of land to women awarded the title “Mother Heroine,” Khokhlova said.

She clarified that from September 1 of this year, a number of students from large families received the right to free hot meals. The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly also recalled that from 2025, regional support measures for large families are provided regardless of their income level.
