With huge profits, they invited seven victims including the man surnamed You to jointly operate the business, and defrauded more than 136.13 million yuan. However, most of the money was used to bet on sports lottery tickets and gambling websites. The Taoyuan District Prosecutor's Office has prosecuted three people in an aggravated fraud case. Among them, Lu Nan and Lu Nan have been detained after being transferred to the Taoyuan District Court.

According to the prosecutor's investigation, 37-year-old Lu Nan and three other people packaged fraud in the name of loans and investments. They pretended to be successful tobacco and alcohol dealers, and pretended to the victim that they could jointly run the tobacco and alcohol business and make huge profits. They also used high profits as bait to lure the victim out. He invested more than 136.13 million yuan successively; the prosecutor submitted the evidence provided by the victim for fingerprint identification, and even learned that after Lu Nan defrauded the victim into investing, he did not use the funds to buy tobacco and alcohol, but instead used the funds to bet on sports lottery and gambling websites in huge amounts.

After receiving the report, prosecutor Guo Fayun of the Taocha Corporate Crime Team directed the Taoyuan City Investigation Division of the Ministry of Justice's Investigation Bureau to launch a search on January 14 and arrested Lu Nan and three other people. After the investigation, the three people were charged with crimes such as "three or more people jointly committed fraud to obtain money." Lu Nan was also suspected of "gambled property on the Internet."

The prosecutor said that considering that Lu Nan and other three people did not intend to seek benefits in a legitimate way, denied the crime afterwards, and had a bad attitude, they had asked the judge for a harsher sentence and the confiscation of criminal proceeds. Among them, Lu Nan and Lu Nan have been detained by Taoyuan after being transferred for trial. Lin Nan was not required to be detained and was ordered to post a bail of 200,000 yuan.
