Under the principle of not increasing debts and not crowding out other social welfare and public construction budgets, NT$10,000 will be distributed next year so that the industrial growth and AI dividends in the past few years can benefit all people.

After the meeting, Chen Yongsheng said in an interview that the Executive Yuan has issued instructions for the general issuance of NT$10,000. The Ministry of Finance will speed up the pace and also requests the Legislative Yuan to complete next year's budget review as soon as possible so that the entire distribution operation can be issued as soon as possible. He emphasized that respecting the budget review process of the Legislative Yuan, the Ministry of Finance currently uses the second reserve fund to handle some procurement and award matters, and responds in advance to those parts that can be done in advance according to the "Budget Law".

As for whether the unified invoice will be increased? Chen Yongsheng said that from July to December this year, the exclusive 500 yuan award for cloud invoices will be increased by 500,000 groups per issue, reaching a record high of 4.35 million groups. If the unified invoice budget increases next year, it will also give back to consumers. The Ministry of Finance stated that the unified invoice budget for next year is 20.2 billion yuan, an increase of 510 million yuan compared with this year.
