From September 1, Russia will expand the possibilities of using the Max platform to pay for travel and check into hotels

Starting September 1, Russians will be able to pay for public transport across the country using the national platform "Max".

Through the "Max" platform, it will be possible to confirm travel benefits for large families, schoolchildren, students, the elderly, and other preferential categories of citizens.

Starting September 1, hotels with more than 50 rooms are required to provide the option of checking in using the "Max" platform.

MOSCOW, August 31 - RIA Novosti. The possibilities for using the national platform "Max" in Russia will expand significantly starting September 1: Russians will be able to use it to pay for and confirm travel benefits in public transport, as well as to check into hotels.

Thus, starting in September, paying for public transport using the "Max" platform will become available throughout Russia. Currently, this option is operating in test mode in the Novosibirsk Region. At the same time, digital payment methods do not replace traditional ones, but merely expand the list of familiar options.

In addition, through "Max," it will be possible to confirm travel benefits on public transport. The innovation will affect, first of all, large families, schoolchildren, students, the elderly, and other preferential categories of citizens.

The option to check into a hotel using the platform becomes mandatory starting September 1 for hotels with more than 50 rooms.
