Anna Rudneva and her husband Ilya Rudnev filed a claim for 1 million rubles against the Internet portal Super Ru in the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow.

They demand that the publication be removed, the information contained in it be refuted, and compensation for moral damages in the amount of 500 thousand rubles each be sought for the dissemination of untrue information and violation of their rights to privacy.

MOSCOW, September 3 - RIA Novosti. The lead singer of the group "Ranetki" Anna Rudneva and her husband Ilya Rudnev filed a claim for 1 million rubles in the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow for the protection of honor, dignity and compensation for moral damage against the Internet portal Super Ru, the press service of the Moscow City Court told RIA Novosti.

As reported by the authorities, the singer and her husband filed a claim with the Savyolovsky district of Moscow against Super LLC, in which they indicated that the publication published untrue information about the personal and family life of the spouses, information discrediting their honor and dignity, and also posted personal photographs and correspondence materials without their consent.
