According to the official website of Xinquan Technology, Zhang Jiming holds a doctorate in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University in the United States. He has served as deputy team leader of the Electronics Institute of ITRI, director of the World Advanced Division, executive deputy general manager and general manager of Xinquan Technology, and chairman of Ardentec Singapore.
