Jiangsu released the "artificial intelligence + e-commerce" action plan, and the first phase of a 1 billion yuan industrial fund was established

The "Jiangsu Province "Artificial Intelligence + E-commerce" Innovation and Development Action Plan (2026-2028)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") was released. It proposed 12 specific measures to strengthen the support of basic elements, highlight integrated development areas, and improve the service guarantee system, including the dynamic release of more than 10 high-quality model service projects that adapt to the B2B full-link application scenarios of industrial products every year.

According to the "Plan", by 2028, Jiangsu will create 300 high-quality e-commerce data sets, cultivate 20 "artificial intelligence + e-commerce" characteristic industrial parks, and hold no less than 30 docking activities every year such as e-commerce public services across the province and "artificial intelligence +" application promotion around the province. ; Implement the "Stars Plan" for e-commerce talent training, and carry out no less than 300 "artificial intelligence + e-commerce" trainings every year, covering 20,000 people; build a professional "artificial intelligence + e-commerce" OPC community, integrating policy services, technology research and development, brand incubation, digital marketing and other comprehensive services.

Soho Holdings Group and Nanjing University jointly built a new e-commerce research institute, and Nanjing University of Finance and Economics jointly built a digital e-commerce college, opened the "Soho Excellence Class", implemented bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees, dual-tutor training between schools and enterprises, and at the same time cooperated with Jiangsu Province's strategic emerging The Industrial Fund of Funds and Nanjing Jiangbei New District established the Jiangsu Soho Artificial Intelligence E-commerce Industry Development Fund, with an initial scale of 1 billion yuan, focusing on the four major areas of industrial product B2B e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, digital transformation of time-honored brands, and AI-empowered e-commerce.

A centralized project signing ceremony was held at the event, and a number of projects including regional headquarters of e-commerce platforms, artificial intelligence services, industrial e-commerce, and cross-border e-commerce were launched. It is understood that since June this year, relevant departments in Jiangsu Province have collaborated with various regions to promote the expansion of e-commerce platform companies in Jiangsu, and have reached more than 110 cooperation projects of various types.

The Jiangsu E-commerce Ecological Development Alliance, jointly initiated by Soho Holding Group and Jiangsu E-Commerce Association, was established on the same day. More than 100 units including artificial intelligence, data services, e-commerce and related service enterprises, industrial brand enterprises, e-commerce industry organizations, and scientific research institutes across the province are participating. They will focus on exchanges and cooperation, technological research, industry research, talent cultivation and industry promotion, deepen the "artificial intelligence +" action, and build an open and shared innovative industry ecosystem.
