近日,中新网跟随国务院国资委新闻中心“走进新国企——聚势启新程”主题活动走进吉林白城,实地探访我国纬度最高、东北首座光热电站——中广核吉西10万千瓦光热电站。

高寒攻关,闯出高纬度光热建设新路径

“中广核吉西10万千瓦光热电站于2026年6月29日投产发电,填补了我国东北地区光热发电的空白。项目从设计、施工到运维全链条实现技术自主可控,为我国同类地区大规模开发‘光热+’一体化项目提供了可复制、可推广的示范样板。”中广核(吉林)新能源投资有限公司党总支书记、董事长姜通海介绍。

据了解,该项目坐落于北纬45.36度的松嫩平原西部,这里最低气温达零下37.3摄氏度,最大风速可达9级,同时还要面对盐碱地质、高地下水位、土壤黏重等多重工程难题。在此之前,国内同纬度区域没有大型商业化光热电站落地运行的成熟案例,项目建设无现成经验可以借鉴。

“没有先例,我们就自己闯出一条路来。”中广核吉西光热项目公司总经理赵雄在接受采访时表示,项目团队瞄准高寒场址各类现实痛点开展系统性技术攻关,打通设计、施工、运维全链条,掌握适配严寒恶劣场址的成套关键技术。

设计层面,项目首创高纬度镜场偏心布局方案,吸热塔自镜场圆心向南偏移约200米,依靠非对称布局抵消低太阳高度带来的余弦效应,提升电站全年集热效率。施工环节,创新低温抗冻桩基技术,管桩深入冻土层以下6.2米,搭配封闭桩尖、耐候涂层,同时化解冻土冻胀、盐碱腐蚀两大风险;研发大型储罐复合防水体系,采用“多层结构防渗、多重监测设防、多项自控排水”一体化方案,解决熔盐储罐返潮、积水变形难题。在工程精度管控上,项目创新摩擦力承重施工工艺,将吸热塔塔身垂直度偏差控制在10毫米以内;依靠自研专用工装,完成1.5毫米薄壁管屏高空精准吊装,创下单日吊装6片的行业纪录。

一组实测数据印证技术攻关成效。7月16日,当地光照条件优异,辐照度最高达到921瓦/平方米。监测显示,吸热器出口熔盐温度稳定维持565摄氏度,热盐温度升至555摄氏度,吸热系统连续安全运行12小时,总集热量2482.47兆瓦时,达到理论计算值的100.5%;当日光热转换效率62%,优于设计指标,并实现90%额定负荷稳定运行,整套装备可靠性、系统工况稳定性得到充分检验。

投产仅一个多月,电站8月11日顺利完成77.5小时机组连续运行及满负荷性能试验。8月8日机组并网启动,持续平稳运行至8月11日,累计发电292万千瓦时;其中8月9日单日发电量106.4万千瓦时,刷新项目投产之后单日发电最高纪录,标志电站具备长时稳发、满负荷商业运营能力。

作为国内光热发电领域先行者,中广核依托系列项目持续沉淀技术实力,成功获批建设国内光热领域唯一国家级研发平台——国家能源太阳能热发电技术研发中心,先后建成德令哈50兆瓦光热示范电站、德令哈100万千瓦光热储一体化项目、吉西10万千瓦塔式光热电站;开工建设全球海拔最高槽式光热电站——西藏乌玛塘5万千瓦光热项目、全球单机储热容量最大、镜场面积最大的光热电站——青海格尔木35万千瓦光热示范项目。截至目前,中广核在光热领域累计完成19项科技成果鉴定,取得授权专利68项,主编、参编国家及行业标准30项,助力行业规范化发展。

值得一提的是,今年7月16日,中广核对外发布全球首个8.6米开口光热熔盐槽式集热器型号“元曜一号”,在光电转换效率、全链条自主可控上实现重要突破,为国内光热规模化开发提供核心装备支撑。

多能耦合,充当新型电力系统“稳定器”

大安市的旷野之上,白色风机沿着地平线连绵铺展,叶片在秋风之中缓缓转动。从这片风电场向东延伸数十公里,连片光伏板与巍峨的吸热塔次第映入眼帘。中广核在吉林大安已经布局风电、光伏、光热多种新能源业态,搭建起“风光热储”一体化协同运行体系。

风光发电天然具有间歇性、波动性,而光热发电走“光—热—电”转化路径,自带8小时长时熔盐储能,可实现24小时平稳连续发电,具备调峰调频的先天优势。吉西10万千瓦光热电站配套4万千瓦熔盐电加热器,可以消纳风电、光伏富余弃电,把电能转化为热能储存;当风光出力不足、用电迎来高峰,再释放热能发电填补电力缺口,实现削峰填谷,降低新能源出力波动,提升综合能源利用效率。与此同时,机组支持快速启停、灵活调节负荷,改善电能品质,增强电网运行稳定性。

赵雄打比方称,这套多能协同体系,相当于为新能源基地装上巨型“充电宝”与“稳定器”。光热电站既可存蓄富余电力,又能快速响应电网调度动态调整出力,守住系统频率、电压稳定。项目投运之后,也提升鲁固直流140万千瓦外送通道送电稳定性与利用效率,推动东北、蒙东绿电外送山东,服务跨区域能源协同发展。

产业赋能,为东北绿色转型注入新动能

一座电站带动一方产业。吉西光热电站落地,不只是技术层面的重大突破,更撬动装备制造、运维服务全产业链成长,实现经济效益、生态效益、社会效益协同增益。

经测算,项目建成后年发电量可达1.8亿千瓦时,每年节约标煤约5.4万吨,减少二氧化碳排放约13.9万吨,减碳成效突出。项目建设、运营阶段累计创造超2000个就业岗位,覆盖工程施工、设备安装、运维管理等领域,吸纳大量本地劳动力就业。还把原本开发难度大的盐碱地改造为绿色能源基地,探索生态脆弱地区土地高效利用新模式。

大岗子风电场内,中广核首台风机“开元号”已经稳定运行19年,不仅实现风电装机“零”的突破,也验证高纬度严寒环境风机长期运行可行性。吉西光热电站落地,进一步把当地产业链条拓展到高端光热装备、新材料研发、智能运维等高端环节。
