中新网太原9月5日电 (记者 杨杰英)2026年太原能源低碳发展论坛平行论坛“能源技术创新发展论坛”4日在太原举办。论坛由山西省科学技术厅、怀柔实验室山西研究院和山西焦煤集团共同主办,聚焦AI赋能、绿电转化、智慧能源及碳中和创新实践,吸引300余位政产学研代表参会。

山西省副省长徐朝锋表示,山西作为国家综合能源基地,始终将能源科技创新摆在重要位置,在技术攻关、成果转化、平台建设上持续发力。未来将面向能源转型主战场,以推动关键技术攻关,推进科技成果转化,突出企业创新主体地位为抓手,着力提升创新体系整体效能,努力打造能源科技创新的重要策源地和成果转化地。

怀柔实验室主任汤广福指出,我国从“能源大国”迈向“能源强国”的关键在于科技创新。山西作为全国首个能源革命综合改革试点,具备扎实基础和独特优势。怀柔实验室将发挥新型举国体制优势,立足“国家所需、行业所困、山西所盼”,强化基础研究与关键技术攻关,推动重大应用场景与实验室技术突破有机结合,加快形成山西能源新质生产力。

中国科学院院士包信和提出,未来绿色低碳能源体系的底层逻辑,正由化石燃料驱动转向可再生电力驱动。绿色燃料承担着替代石油保障安全、降低碳排放、促进新能源非电消纳三重使命。绿氢制备关键在电解水技术突破,中高温电解水制氢是未来方向。他强调,碳基燃料需先低碳再绿色,煤化工应与绿电耦合,实现高水平电气化与近零碳排放。

中国工程院院士彭苏萍指出,高碳能源低碳化利用是实现“双碳”目标的重要出路。氢(泛氢)能源可作为化石能源与可再生能源间的桥梁,构建多元化清洁能源供应体系。我国氢能生产需逐步从化石能源过渡至可再生能源制氢,亟待突破关键材料、储运装备及成本规模化瓶颈,大规模离网制氢与煤化工耦合将是重要方向。

中国科学院院士徐铜文聚焦电氢协同与绿氢降本。他认为,绿氢的长期价值在于成为新能源与工业体系间的能源接口,推动从“电力消纳”走向“电氢协同”。下一代电解水技术需围绕低成本、低电耗、高效率、长寿命协同发展,离子溶剂化工艺为简化膜制备提供了新路径。

中国工程院院士谢克昌剖析了“双碳”约束下煤炭的角色转变。他强调,煤炭未来并非简单退出,而应从燃料价值向原料、材料及战略碳资源价值拓展。以源头减碳、过程降碳、耦合降碳、循环降碳、末端固碳五端协同为基础,借助GIS-LCA开展全生命周期碳足迹评估,实现从工艺到区域布局的系统优化,为“双碳”目标提供战略指引。

中国工程院院士刘中民指出,我国能源面临供应缺口、安全形势与环境压力三重挑战。他提出多能融合四条科技路径:化石能源清洁高效利用、可再生能源多能互补、低碳零碳工业再造、低碳化智能化多能融合。同时,人工智能具备颠覆传统化工逐级放大研发范式的潜力,可深度赋能技术开发与产业发展。

中国工程院院士凌文剖析工业数智化转型痛点,提出“去中心化治理、多主体协同、人机共治、风险防控”等攻关路径,建设工业多智能体跨域协同治理体系。技术层面需夯实异构算力、可信数据空间、端边云协同大模型等基础;生态层面需立规建标、以评促建,打造产学研用融全链条创新生态。

与会嘉宾一致认为,氢能是构建新型能源体系的重要路径。推动绿色低碳转型,需加快多能融合技术体系构建,同时深化人工智能对能源全链条的赋能,推动生产、转化、储运和利用环节的高端化、绿色化、智能化升级。论坛集中展示了能源化工领域前沿成果,为政产学研用深度融合搭建了高效交流平台,对以科技创新引领能源转型和产业升级具有重要意义。
