New Taipei District Prosecutors uncovered WeChat drug trafficking syndicate and sentenced Chen Likui and others to more than 100 years in prison

The New Taipei District Prosecutor's Office recently uncovered a drug trafficking group with the names of WeChat accounts "Super Meng" and "Car Dispatch Controller". This drug trafficking group adopts a "controller to receive orders and Little Bee driver to deliver goods" model to sell K-tamine and poisonous coffee bags in the Shuangbei area. Among them, Chen Likui, a cargo driver commonly known as "Little Bee", is selling drugs and After trial, the New Taipei District Court found Chen Nan guilty of trafficking in third-level drugs in violation of the "Drug Harm Prevention Ordinance" and possessing third-level drugs with intent to sell, a total of 30 times. Chen Nan was sentenced to a prison term ranging from 1 year to 9 months to 4 years, which adds up to more than 100 years. Because Chen Nan has other cases under trial, it has not yet been determined whether the sentence should be executed.

The prosecutor's investigation revealed that the drug trafficking group has a tight structure and operates a drug sales network through WeChat. It has morning and evening shift control stations, and Chen Likui and others serve as drug delivery drivers (commonly known as Little Bees). After receiving the order, the control station immediately publishes dispatch information in the work group and directs the "Little Bees" to drive or ride to the designated location to deliver the goods and collect cash.

The prosecutors found that from mid-December 2025 to January this year, Chen Likui frequently traveled to Banqiao, Zhonghe, Xinzhuang, Tucheng and other areas in New Taipei City, transporting ketamine in accordance with the instructions of the control station. The amount of each transaction ranged from 2,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan. A single person successfully completed 29 drug transactions.

But Chen Nan was hit hard in September last year because at that time, he got 60 packets of "Miao Miao" drug coffee bags from his accomplice Zeng Xinjie, who was responsible for assisting in the dispatch and replenishment of drugs, and was preparing to sell them for profit. However, he was stopped by the police on the road and was arrested. Unexpectedly, Chen Nan was still unaware of vigilance and continued to transport drugs. It was not until January this year that he replenished 69 bags of drug coffee bags from Zeng Nan. The prosecutor was notified and came to search, so he was detained and allowed to be prosecuted.

Chen Nan pleaded guilty and the collegial court considered that Chen admitted that the crime met the commutation requirements and was sentenced to the above-mentioned prison sentence. Since he has other cases under trial, it is not determined whether he should execute the sentence in this case. After the verdict is finalized, the prosecutor will petition the court to consolidate the sentence and determine the sentence that should be executed. Among the remaining defendants, Zeng Xinjie was convicted of four crimes, including possession of second-level drugs and trafficking in third-level drugs, and was sentenced to prison terms ranging from 2 months to 4 years respectively. Since there are also other cases whose execution has not yet been determined, the other two little bees were sentenced to 2 years and 5 years in prison respectively.
