〔記者陳永吉／台北報導〕證交所子公司臺灣指數公司最新一期2026年6月「TIP台灣永續評鑑」結果顯示，全體上市櫃受評公司在「員工溝通與福利」重大議題平均得分為50.7分，其中職業安全相關題項平均得分58.4分，高於勞資溝通37.7分及員工福利35.1分，呈現上市櫃公司在三類員工相關永續議題上的表現差異。

按產業觀察，電子業平均55.4分為四大產業之首，服務業以平均44.34分居末，整體而言各產業間分數差距不大。分析各題組表現，職業安全相關題項表現最佳，顯示企業在法規要求之下，於職安衛生管理已有一定基礎；勞資溝通、員工福利題組表現相對落後，顯示企業在建立有效勞資溝通機制，以及提供更完善的員工福利措施方面，仍有進一步提升的空間。
