The New Taipei City mayoral election race is heating up, and KMT candidate Li Sichuan's camp has recently attacked the drug feeding case. Wu Liangxianjin, spokesman for Lee's Sichuan campaign office, said that DPP candidate Su Qiaohui directly set the tone on Facebook in 2023 about the "poison feeding case", which is the biggest culprit that caused panic among parents across the country. The New Taipei District Prosecutor's Office has already found out that it would be a slap in the face without prosecution. Su has been spreading rumors for more than 1,200 days but has refused to admit his mistakes or apologize. He asked when Su will be willing to give a belated apology to his teachers and students.

Wu Liangxian pointed out that looking back at the time of the year, on June 2, 2023, Luo Zhizheng, the convener of Su Qiaohui’s general policy group, held a press conference and alleged that children in a kindergarten in New Taipei City were given drugs. However, while the prosecutor was still in the investigation and clarification stage, Su Qiaohui immediately became interested. On the 8th of the same month, she publicly spread rumors on Facebook that it was a "drug feeding case", and repeatedly smeared and attacked New Taipei City Mayor Hou Youyi and the New Taipei City Government for the Democratic Progressive Party's presidential election and legislative election.

Wu Liangxian said that regarding this incident, the New Taipei District Prosecutor's Office announced on June 29, 2023 that the child's hair test "did not detect" reactions to barbiturates and other drugs; on July 12, it also announced that the investigation would not lead to prosecution, and pointed out that "there is no evidence that kindergarten personnel fed unknown drugs to young children, or rainbow potions containing unknown drugs." This directly slapped Su Qiaohui's unscrupulous rumors in the face.

Wu Liangxian said that Su Qiaohui publicly spread rumors that children in New Taipei Kindergarten were being fed poisons, causing panic among parents, serious conflicts between parents and teachers, and even causing many teachers to resign in despair.
