However, with less than 60 days to go until the nine-in-one election, Kuomintang legislator Weng Xiaoling, whose negative rating once soared to nearly 90%, may be "silenced" recently. In the past, she was always at the front of the list for the "Party Questions" of the Kuomintang League and played a leading role. However, the list of 27 people put forward by the Kuomintang League for the "Party Questions" for the new session did not include Weng Xiaoling. In this regard, lawyer Huang Diying said that Weng Xiaoling would still prank Taiwan even if she didn't go on stage. The Kuomintang's evil revision of the referendum law to ask for a referendum on the constitutional judgment is the most ridiculous thing in the world, and it is simply a shame for democracy.

Huang Diying stated in a Facebook post that Weng Xiaoling was always at the top of the list of "party questions" put forward by the Kuomintang group in the past, but the list of 27 people put forward by the Kuomintang group for "party questions" in the new session did not include Weng Xiaoling. People from all walks of life suspect that Weng Xiaoling maliciously deleted the weak budget, and the negative rating once soared to nearly 90%. The Kuomintang group was afraid that it would silence Weng Xiaoling for the sake of election. But even if Weng Xiaoling does not appear, the harm to Taiwan's democracy and rule of law is as shocking. Huang Diying pointed out that democratic countries around the world do not have the absurd system of referendum on constitutional judgment, but the Kuomintang actually pranked Taiwan's referendum. The Constitutional Court's decision has the highest priority in interpreting the constitution and is not a matter of referendum review. No matter the United States, Germany, France, Japan and other democratic countries in the world, there is no system of referendum on constitutional judgment. The KMT version of the referendum law "not to refuse to hold a referendum on the delivery of the Legislative Yuan" is a manifestation that the Supreme Leader is "bigger than you." Huang Diying bluntly stated that according to the additional provisions of the Constitution, if the majority of the Blue and Whites disagree with the cabinet's failure to countersign, they can easily pass a "no-confidence motion". However, if the Blues and Whites dare not overthrow the government and face the latest public opinion after the dissolution of Congress, it will prove that the cabinet's "failure to countersign" is unconstitutional and has "constitutional legitimacy."
